Can I Return My Purchase? 

Product Returns: We accept returns on products purchased online for 30 Days after the order date if they meet the following requirements:

  1. Products must be complete with all components returned.

  2. Products have not been installed or test fitted.

  3. Products are in new and unopened condition, and if there is a red seal on your product it must be intact.

 

If you are eligible to make a return, please email us at sales@iwireservices.com to make proper arrangements. There is a restocking fee of 15% of the item being returned. Buyer is responsible for the return of the item including shipping cost, unless otherwise noted. Once item is received and checked to make sure it is in original condition, iWire will give a refund of the item's purchase value minus the restocking fee to the original form of payment.



Custom Wiring Harness Returns: We do not accept returns on our custom wiring adapters or wiring harnesses. Since they are custom for each person we can not take them back. If for some reason you are having a technical issue please contact Brian at sales@iwireservices.com for troubleshooting support. 

Tool Returns: We accept returns on tools purchased online for 30 days after the order date as long as they are in the original packaging. Once the packaging has been opened, the return is void.
